IKRA is an Islamic companion app focused on prayer consistency, reminders, reflection, and calm spiritual guidance. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses and why.

- Notification preferences to deliver prayer reminders.
- App settings and preferences such as language, calculation method, and selected city.
- Account-related data if you sign in and use cloud-backed features.
- Basic analytics and crash diagnostics to improve reliability and performance.
How we use information
- To calculate and display prayer times.
- To send local reminders you choose to receive.
- To save settings, habits, and spiritual tracking data.
- To maintain app security, moderation, and abuse protection.
- To improve app quality and fix crashes.
AI guidance
IKRA may process user prompts sent to its AI spiritual guidance feature to return a response, apply safety checks, rate limits, and scope protection. AI responses are intended for general educational and motivational support.
Data sharing
IKRA does not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, notifications, and backend services.
Data retention and deletion
You can create a data deletion request from inside the app. After request submission, account data is removed within 7 days, subject to operational and legal retention requirements where applicable.
Your choices
- You can deny location permission and use manual city selection instead.
- You can disable notifications from the device or app settings.
- You can request data deletion inside the app.
